In honor of my one year anniversary, I celebrated by making a crepe cake. I found a simple recipe online, which you can click here to find. A few notes is that the recipe was lacking a pop of flavor so we ended up pouring maple syrup on top and it did the trick. Next time, some fresh fruit or jam would probably work to add more flavor as well. I would have probably used a lot more food coloring to help get a more vibrant color. Cake is what’s for breakfast this morning!
