⅓ cup butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon maple syrup ½ cup brown sugar 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup quick cooking oats 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup mini chocolate chips salt, to taste DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350˚F. In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add in the melted butter and stir until well combined. Add the egg, maple syrup, brown sugar, flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and, and stir until the batter is smooth. Add in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Cool completely before serving.
